Safety + Sanitation Protocols

The Bourse Food Hall is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. We will continue to follow all local, state, and federal requirements and recommendations, and make changes as necessary. Please continue to check for the most up-to-date information.

We are happy to announce we are now open for indoor dining at 75% capacity as we meet the city-mandated ventilation requirements. We also offer outdoor dining on our 5th Street patio. Pickup and delivery orders are available as well. Use this link for contactless ordering from all of our open vendors.

To keep our staff and guests as safe as possible, we have implemented several safety and sanitation protocols:

  • Practice social distancing
  • Wear a face-covering
  • Regularly wash your hands
  • Use provided hand sanitizer
  • Follow directional arrows
  • Stand on floor markers
  • Credit card payment is strongly preferred

  • Practice social distancing whenever possible
  • Wear a face covering at all times
  • Regularly wash your hands
  • Frequently clean and sanitize all major touchpoints, including service counters, display cases, prep areas, and POS systems. Follow cleaning and disinfecting procedures and guidelines as detailed by the CDC
  • Eliminate customer self-service stations, countertop décor, trays, non-disposable serving ware, and handheld menus, unless laminated or encased in plastic and sanitized after each use
  • No food or beverage sampling is permitted
  • Implement a pre-ordering system, contactless payment, and other low-touch or no-touch options if possible – view and order from all of our open vendors here
  • Maintain clear policies on illness and COVID-19; no employee should work if sick or has been exposed to someone who is sick
  • Immediately notify management if you, or any of your staff or visitors, test positive for COVID-19
  • Advise employees who have had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 to stay home, self-monitor for symptoms, and follow CDC guidance if symptoms develop

Prior to reopening, we conducted a Market-wide deep-clean and disinfection-through-vaporizations. We also removed all seating and spaced all furniture 6’+ apart, inside and out. Until further notice,

  • Tables and chairs are sanitized after every use
  • Public touchpoints, including door handles and restrooms, are frequently sanitized
  • Sanitizer dispensers are installed inside of every entrance
  • Stall queue signage + coordinating floor markings to allow for social distancing while in line
  • Signage is displayed requiring guests to wear a face-covering unless seated and eating/drinking, to practice social distancing, and to regularly wash their hands

We sincerely appreciate your continued support. Your patronage supports small business owners and our staff. Thank you!
