We’re bringing some of our favorite recipes from our vendors to YOU! Our friends at TaKorean have made it easy for you to DIY your own taKos and bowls!


  • 16oz Package of Firm Tofu – Gently squeeze water out & cut into dice size pieces.

Cooking Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low Sodium or GF is fine too)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbspĀ Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha Sauce

Whisk together until totally combined.

Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat & add neutral flavor cooking oil.

Sear the tofu until the edges start to brown and any water has evaporated.

Add the cooking sauce and turn down to medium heat. Toss or gently mix the tofu and the sauce as continue to cook until the sauce has reduced and completely absorbed into the tofu. Continue to cook until the tofu turns several shades darker, be mindful towards the end because if you aren’t regulating the heat and moving the tofu it can burn easily.

Serve with rice and a fresh salad or slaw (or even in a taco!). Green Onion, Herbs, and Sesame Seeds are also welcome.
